Fusion’s turn-key PCB assembly takes the hassle out of the process by managing everything from component procurement and PCB manufacturing to assembly, testing, conformal coating, custom cabling, and final enclosures. Fusion prioritizes ESD awareness across our facility. All personnel with access to ESD-protected areas are fully trained and certified. We regularly audit and certify these areas, while maintaining detailed work instructions, drawings, and documentation to ensure proper ESD cautions, markings, and preventive procedures are consistently followed.
